Support includes installation, configuration, and other product-related issues. Also, maintenance releases and updates will be available for download. Our top technical personnel, including VisualText® architects and computational linguists, participate in supporting customers, assuring that issues are resolved quickly and correctly.
Support for building text analysis applications is also available via our Professional Services.
